Stock Batches
With most companies looking to reduce their stock levels and inventory costs, at BRIN Engineering we work in partnership with our clients to establish the correct stock levels. We will take into consideration component criticality and usage figures to establish an effective stocking level.
Emergency Machining
It's important to ensure plant downtime is kept to a minimum. We also appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can result in major plant shutdown. Being a small family run company, we have the upmost care and commitment to ensure we react efficiently to get customers back in to full production as quickly as possible.
Full Test Certificates
It is now a legal requirement for some applications to provide full CE trace ability. We only use reputable steel suppliers to ensure the material we work with is manufactured to the highest working standards. We have rigorous quality control procedures for components that are used for industry sectors that demand quality.
Good Delivery Service
We are big enough to cope with high capacity demands, yet maintain the small company ethos caring about our clients. We know our processes well enough to have the internal flexibility within our work programme ensuring we can meet and exceed even the most demanding delivery dates. Dependent on locality and feasibility, we will always endeavour to deliver our components in person. Where such a luxury is not available, we use nationwide courier service who can guarantee a next day delivery service on the majority of mainland UK.
